Who We Are
FlowLab is a boutique research and innovation company focused on turning evidence into real-world impact.
We bring together evidence, people, and practical strategies to tackle complex healthcare problems and create meaningful change. We work collaboratively with organizations, professionals, and communities to develop solutions that are rigorous, useful, and grounded in the realities of healthcare.
A Few Things That Are Important To Us
-
We challenge conventional thinking and are not afraid to ask whether there is a better way. We combine evidence, creativity, and diverse perspectives to develop new approaches to complex healthcare problems.
-
We believe good work should lead somewhere. We focus on questions, ideas, and solutions that have the potential to make a meaningful difference in healthcare, particularly for people and communities whose needs are too often overlooked. We strive to make our work practical, actionable, and useful, not simply interesting.
-
We believe better solutions emerge when different perspectives come together. We bring together people with different expertise, experiences, and perspectives to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and develop stronger solutions.
-
We believe good ideas are only useful when people can access, understand, and use them. We work to make research, evidence, and resources clear, inclusive, and practical, while paying particular attention to people and communities whose perspectives or needs are too often overlooked.
-
We hold ourselves to high standards in the quality, rigor, and integrity of our work. We value transparency, ethical practice, and accountability, and we approach every project with curiosity, care, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
